Frequently Asked Questions
- Are all of your stickers authentic?
- All of our Mrs. Grossman's stickers are purchased directly from and manufactured by Mrs. Grossmans Paper Company. Every one is high quality, new, and in mint condition.
- What if I have a problem with my order?
- We do our best to keep our customers happy and satisfied. If your products are damaged in shipping or are sent in error, you may return them to us for replacement or full credit. Please contact our store at (800) 682-3712 for more information.
- How long will it take for me to receive my order?
- Orders are usually shipped within one business day. Shipping is done through U.S. Mail, and though the Post Office says expect 3 to 5 days, it may take longer (or shorter.) Expedited shipping is available.
- Do I have to order online?
- If you would like, you may also order by calling our store 24 hours a day at (800) 682-3712. We also have a FAX order line open 24 hours a day toll free at 1-888-999-4568 or 1-315-410-2173. Or, you may mail us your order with payment (see below.)
- May I pay by check?
- To pay with a check or money order, submit your order online and write the word "Check" in the credit card number and expiration date fields. We will hold your order for ten days until we receive your payment in the mail at the following address:
